ILO General Director Guy Ryder, TİSK, Global GAN and Hilton Worldwide Representatives Discussed The Solutions For Youth Unemployment

International Employers Summit hosted by International Organisation of Employers and Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held between 5-6 October 2015 in Bahrain and ILO General Director Guy Ryder, Turkish Confederation of Employer Associations Press Officer Koray Balkaya, Global GAN’s General Director Shea Gopaul and Hilton Worldwide’s Middle East and Africa Human Resources Manager Koray Gençkul discussed the solutions for youth unemployment. Discussions especially concentrated on GAN activities that signified as the most concrete solution for youth unemployment. TİSK Representative made a presentation about GAN TURKEY’s activities which could be seen as a best practice within national networks. It was also announced in the meeting that GAN Member Hilton Worldwide gave 1000 apprenticeships opportunities in 2015.
