The First Meeting of GAN TURKEY Member Company Representatives

GAN TURKEY’s first Member Company Representatives Meeting was held in Istanbul on 12 March 2015. Opening of the Meeting  was made under the presency of TİSK’s Secretary General Bülent Pirler.

Pirler informed the participants on Global GAN and GAN TURKEY, in addition to that draft of Working Plan about 2015 were presented by the representatives of TİSK.

In this context, participants questions were answered and their opinions and suggestions were evaluated.

As a part of the conversations, voiced results were respectively;

1. On-the-job training should be within the scope of apprenticeships,
2. Companies are in need of detailed information on legal obligations,
3. Raising awareness activities onGAN TURKEY should be organized,
4. There should be a collaboration between the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security and Vocational Qualifications Authority,
5. Turkish was determined as correspondence language,
6. Companies should clarify their expectations,
7. GAN TURKEY’s Working and Fundamental Principles should be determined.
